friendly staff quick response

The hotel is near Kensington Gardens. Several train and tube stations are a short walk away, including Paddington. This made travel from Heathrow Airport simple. The staff were friendly and quick when I asked for assistance. I appreciated that.

hot air conditioning difficult sleep

the location was acceptable as it was close to hyde park.

i was annoyed that the air conditioning in my double room only blew hot air. even with the window open, the room remained uncomfortably warm. it was impossible to get any cool air, made sleeping difficult.

helpful staff great location clean room

The staff were very helpful . The location is fantastic, near Kensington Gardens. My room was very very comfy and tidy. Breakfast was also a good experience, offering plenty of choices and fresh options.

The bathroom fittings showed some wear. The owner should consider renovating it.

minimal teabags overcrowded tables

The hotel location proved convenient, placing me near shops, restaurants, a park, and the train station.

My stay had some hiccups. The provided teabags totaled a mere TWO. The breakfast was a bit of a free-for-all. The overcrowded tables left very little space. I asked THRICE for coffee, not sure why they don't have a help yourself service, when it arrived it tasted over stewed.

easy access short walk reliable water

the location provided easy access to the train stations i appreciated the short walk i also found hyde park and several restaurants nearby it was convenient that the room was very clean i also thought the customer service was great i found the hot water in the shower reliable the shower pressure was also very good

i found the room to be very clean. the location suited my needs perfectly. i was able to store my luggage after checking out to collect it later. the staff was really efficient and helpful throughout my stay.
